hotel post dec 31st cruise?

Well, I have run into a situation that I hope sopmeone can help me out with...

 

We are cruising the Triumph Dec 24 - Dec 31. I can only find a reasonable flight home on Jan 1st at 6 PM. There are 0 flights on this airline close to me (that is reasonable) on the 31st.

 

Triumph leaves out of Miami. ANy suggestions on where to even look to spend the nite? NYE is throwing a wrench into my plans. Most hotels recommended here are sold out already. I realize the reason too, but I have to figure out wheree to stay now. I dont mind paying $ for a nice place. Should we hop a cab to Ft Lauderdale...this is where we fly in and out of? If so any suggestions on where to stay? Either in Ft Lauderdale or Miami? Of course it would be nice to enjoy a NYE celebration on the 31 st...but where?

 

Any suggestions of what you would do. THANK so very much!

I just checked the HI Port of Miami and they are not booked up.. have a look at the link,, it an option for you..
