Venice: Hotel Capri or Ca' Angeli?

Recommended Posts

I've read some great reviews about Hotel Capri here at cruisecritic. And on the tripadvisor, Ca' Angeli is listed as #3. Has anyone stayed in either of these hotels and can convinence which one we should stay at for a post-cruise? :o

I know nothing about how to get from either to the airport or the sites so I can't really make an educated guess. Somehow writing that it's only "2 km" away isn't helping me.

Thanks for the advice!

Check out the Hotel Luna if you need to look for another choice. They have their own water taxi landing and it is really in the center of things. You can get to the airport formn the hotle by water taxi..it will cost about 85€.Loved it there.

The Westin Regina Europa - We had the most fabulous room right on the water with a large balcony overlooking some huge cathedral. Just exactly what I expected Europe to look like. Not cheap - but well worth it!!!
