Splendor TV - Headphone out jack?

On the Splendor me and my wife will be watching TV that the other might not want to hear. Thus I would like to hookup headphones so the TV can be watched while the other person is not disturbed. I have searched the threads about this and have not got an answer on the below. The other threads say the monitor is a Viewsonic monitor.

 

Question 1: Does anyone know if there is a headphone out jack where I can hookup headphones.

 

Question 2: An alternate is the standard Red and White audio out connections that I can hookup to my wireless headphones.

Do you have a model number for that Viewsonic?

 

The Viewsonic VX2753mh-LED has a 1/8 mini headphone out jack

but I don't know if that's the model on the Splendor.

 

When is your cruise? If not too soon, you may be able to get a friendly

cruiser on the roll-call to check for you and report back.

I just got back from my cruise in a Cat 1A room. Before the cruise I had asked if there was a headphone out jack on the ViewSonic tv. There is. It is located on the back facing downward near the center of the tv(about 6" up from the bottom). It is a 3mm out connection next to the standard red/white/yellow RCA inputs. It does not have a label, just hookup your headphone male cable connector to the only connector that it will go into.

 

Now you can watch tv without disturbing the other person in the cabin.

Have you thought of getting one of those earphones that pick up soft noises? You can find several styles at As seen on TV stores for less than $20.
