Pinel Iland X-mas week?

For those that might know, do you think the ferry will be running on Dec. 24th. I guess I could just go and see if the cab guys THINK its running, but have been a few other times and its always a crap shoot. Would think that all the local vacationers that go there, plus the cruise folks would give them incentive to keep it running and provide the food etc for the Rest /bar there. If you are a local or someone that's there most x-mas holidays, would you please give me a shout out? Thanks, a Pinel Lover !
