If you look under the departure board you see a thread about just that. East coast and look for a thread titled - Questions about Charleston - or something like that. There are several and all have great info.

We are staying at the Rodeway for the 3rd time in 2 years. Clean, good rate, breakfast included, parking and transportation to and from port

The site has severely restricted their "choice" of hotels... must be the only ones that pay to be listed. Try this:

You would need to call them to see if they still offer the park and cruise package. This thread is a bit old.

We have stayed at the La Quinta Inn Riverview, which had free parking and free breakfast, no free shuttle but they did arrange for a cab to pick us up and take us to the port. We also stayed at the Comfort Suites West of the Ashley which has a park and cruise package that includes parking, breakfast, and transport to/from the port :)
