Fort Lauderdale Budget car rental question

For those of you who booked with Budget and picked up a car after the cruise at the Quay Budget counter: What was your experience, did they have enough counter help, was there a long line to get cars?

I ask because I have booked with Budget and got a car at the Fort Lauderdale airport a few times and found they never had enough help and I stood in line for over an hour.

Thats where we normally rent from. Sign up for FastBreak. Then you go right up to the dedicated customer service rep. Very few people, vs all the

people waiting in line. Last time I did FastBreak in Las Vegas, we went

directly to the garage area and signed, gave us our keys and location of car and it was just that quick.
