Question about NCL parking New Orleans

NCL used to use the Erato Street parking structure. I am familiar on how to get to this parking garage. However, I have heard that NCL now uses a parking lot near some painting of a whale.

 

Is this parking lot easy to find?

Is it just past the Erato Street parking garage?

Being an open lot, does it charge the $16/day?

Is it easy to get from this lot to the terminal especially if it is raining?

Yes to every one of your questions. The lot is about 100-150 feet from the point you enter/exit the terminal. Traffic is terrible for both terminals with two ships loading/unloading.
