Tiami Catamaran - Ladder or stairs?

Hi, I am hoping someone can tell me how one gets back on the catamaran after snorkeling. Are there stairs or just a ladder? I am trying to decide whether to take my 70 year old mom on the turtle snorkel.

It's probably easier to get up the ladder than the stairs if the sea is even a little choppy and the crew will help either way. Trying to get up those stairs unless the Cat is beached is difficult. I try to kneel on the first step and then sort of crawl up. It can beat you to death sometimes.
