Cove balcony on the breeze

I am about to book on the breeze. when looking at available rooms I see that there are cove balconies available at a low price. What exactly is a cove balcony and how does it differ from a regular balcony?

The cove cabins are on deck 2 near the water line. They are the lowest balconies available. The balconies are more private but a little enclosed. Most people love being so close to the water but some hate that they are shaded by the lifeboats which are right above them. You can do a search on youtube for Carnival Cove cabins and get a lot of videos of them. Have one booked on the Dream in May.
