Price decrease

The price of a D1 cabin on a cruise i booked is now significantly lower. I have not yet made final payment. Will Royal Caribbean adjust my final payment or issue me OBC for the difference? Or am I out of luck?

As long as you are not past final pay and the sale is not flagged "New Bookings Only" you should be good. RCCL will just reduce the amount due at final pay - they will not issue OBC:D.

RCI is currently having an extended sales event through Nov 27th. These are normally for new bookings only. If that is the case then you are probably out of luck.

If this is the case, then you can cancel without penalty and rebook at lower rate.

Just called C and A. (They are so nice!). I had two bookings linked as b2b and both now have a senior rate on them. I could reduce my final payments, upgrade, or get OBC. I chose reduce final payment and saved $530, Sweet!

I called and got a price reduction from the sales event on my pre-final payment booking a couple of nights ago... No questions asked :)

 

3 of our 5 cabins had the lower price... Over $1800 saved :)
