We are going on the NCL Pearl December 2nd. Cozumel,Caymans,Ocho Rios. Does anyone know if the excursions can be purchased without using NCL?

Yes you can book in advance with independent operators or just book at the cruise pier. At the pier you have the ability to negotiate the price.
