No Past Guest Upgrades

When looking at the Sept. 14, 2013 sailing on the Splendor there is a past guest rate for OV but no upgrades, just 6A. I thought all past guest rates had an upgrade. Anyone else find this?

I also notice there's no FunSelect+ and that the FunSelect (like the Past Guest) doesn't show a 2-Category upgrade. All these rates have the "up to x category upgrades" stipulation. for whatever reason it looks like they're holding back on upgrades forthis sailing. ken

In the cruises I had booked in the past there is not ALWAYS a "free" upgrade with each sailing.

 

and those free upgrades are not really free.

 

When we booked a few months ago-- we looked at those free upgrades and it costs 120 more to go from a 8A to an 8C.
