Marriott Biscayne Bay or Marriot Courtyard Downtown Miami

What is the difference between them? Which one would be better? Price is the same.

Marriott Biscayne Bay is a much nicer place located on the bay with a spectacular view of the Port of Miami. Courtyard is a remodeled old hotel in a concrete canyon across from a massive construction site in the middle of downtown Miami.

Thanks Trent. Still haven't decided between there (Marriott Biscayne Bay) and the JW Marriott which I know is your personal favorite!

Yes, JW Marriott is nicer than both of the other Marriotts, and for the money it would be MY choice downtown Miami. If you're a AAA/CAA member it's usually quite reasonable with their discounts.
