I apologize if this question has been asked a million times before but I couldn't find the answer in a search...Anyone know if they take credit cards in the Whale lot or just cash? Trying to determine the amount of cash I need to bring. Thanks!

Does anyone know who owns or manages the Whale lot? We are looking for management contact information. We were ripped off by the lot attendant on 2/10 and wish to let the management know. I sent this question to NCL on the 18th but haven't heard back yet. (I'm sure NCL has nothing to do with the management of that lot). Our recent cruise with NCL was great. Thanks.

Just a heads up. In Feb we were ripped off by $20.00 by the parking lot attendant at the Whale lot. Both of us counted the cash before we handed it to the attendant and verified the amount with the attendant. He disappeared into the shed at the entrance and returned saying we were short by $20.00. We are very travel experienced and know this can happen from time to time, not that it's right. We let NCL know and tried to contact the owner/manager of the lot. Posting this just so others can be aware. Happy cruising. :cool:

You pay when you arrive. They will give you tickets that you return to them when you leave. :cool:
