Second there is no overbearing headwaiter twisting arms.

I'm sorry -- you have no idea what is going on behind the

scenes in dining. Headwaiter has absolute power over

you when you're a waiter.

 

Working in anytime? The headwaiter can make sure that

any one who shows up two minutes before closing is seated

in your section.

 

And, waiters not worried about a delay?

I know of one waitress who was working in the wine tasting.

A passenger complained that she didn't fill his glass full enough.

The passenger complained.

 

That maitre d' had a policy -- any complaint that names you

by name, you're fired. She was.
