If you are going to Campbell River

I cannot believe the cruiselines stop here.

What excursions do they offer? Whale watching and fishing seems to be the only things that come to mind.... whale watching wouldn't be the best out of here though...

Only curious

Campbell River will have a lot more to offer than Prince Rupert once it gets its pier built and in service next year

Let's see

1. Salmon fishing

2. Strathcona Park

3. Quadra Island and Rebecca Spit

4. First nations village at Cape Mudge

5. Mountain biking and hiking

6. Seymour Narrows lookout

7. Elk Falls and Park

8. Whale watching

9. Kayaking

10. Walmart - shopping coming soon

Grouchy - care to add any more to my list - sure i have missed some - i think Campbell River is one of the best eco-tourism spots on the east side of Vancouver Island and will great rave reviews once the cruise ships start stopping there next year.

Cheer

Dennis
