Little French Key Scuba Diving

Cruising by way of Norwegian Dawn March 31, I've made reservations for LFK, my DH wants to scuba dive, I want to relax and maybe a little snorkeling. Has anyone scuba dive at LFK? Does anyone recommend another facility to do both scuba dive for him and relaxation for me? Not 100 percent sold on LFK because of the cost, over $240 and perhaps more if there's a charge for scuba equipment.
