sonicbuffalo Posted January 16, 2013 Author #26 Share Posted January 16, 2013 A very busy Mongolian Wok station...always very crowded... I settled for a Blue Iguana Cantina burrito...and had several more during the cruise...my favorite was the shrimp and chicken burritos....yummmm Despite what I have read in the reviews....I never had a problem with over crowding at Guy's Burger's topping bar... sonicbuffalo Posted January 16, 2013 Author #28 Share Posted January 16, 2013 Our stateroom door The sign outside the Limelight Lounge or Punchliner's Comedy Club telling you who is going to be performing that night....we saw Al Ernst...and he was good, but if you want to see all the shows, plan on getting there and standing in line for a good 45 minutes as the line forms and they make you wait in the corridor The pay Steakhouse entrance...and a picture of the inside...weren't that impressed with interior decor to be honest
sonicbuffalo Posted January 16, 2013 Author #29 Share Posted January 16, 2013 Inside the Limelight Lounge...nice atmosphere.... Although I never had my camera when Ron Pass was playing, we watched him perform several times and he was fantastic....really enjoyed his performances. The rear of the Piano Bar...loved the decor here...brilliant One of my main complaints on the Breeze...the elevators were almost always packed. I would suggest you do as we did...if we were only going up one floor, walk. If your were going down, walk all the way down...unless you were getting off the ship. we walked almost EVERY trip up and down since the wait for elevators was so long. gambee Posted January 16, 2013 #34 Share Posted January 16, 2013 So lines are really that bad on the elevators? On the Allure we did not experience lines, however we did experience long waits for elevators to stop.

sonicbuffalo Posted January 16, 2013 Author #44 Share Posted January 16, 2013 Turn down service....loved it... we found the rainbow, and it landed in St. Thomas.... We had a Catamaran Sail & Snorkel scheduled for early this morning and that followed by shopping in downtown...busy day and we were supposed to meet at 8, which meant we had to eat breakfast at 7am. sonicbuffalo Posted January 16, 2013 Author #46 Share Posted January 16, 2013 I'm sorry....we had Megan's Bay swimming and then shopping in downtown. ..getting my days confused. The catamaran was for Antigua. In this shot, we are headed over the mountain to Megan's Bay, once rated among the world's top 10 beaches. I guess it still is, it was very nice and shady there... This is Magen's Bay, from above on the mountain...
sonicbuffalo Posted January 16, 2013 Author #47 Share Posted January 16, 2013 That white house located on the bank to the far right was where President Clinton stayed during a visit to St. Thomas when he was President, according to our guide here the last time we visited. It was early in the morning and the water was chilly when you first got in...

sonicbuffalo Posted January 16, 2013 Author #50 Share Posted January 16, 2013 So lines are really that bad on the elevators? On the Allure we did not experience lines, however we did experience long waits for elevators to stop. Yes....the lines were usually very long...of course we were by the aft elevators. Not sure what they were like forward or midships. Of course the Atrium had a second bank of elevators so I imagine it might have been easier there. You've also got to remember that the aft elevators were where people would go to eat dinner which was aft in the Blush and also anyone going to deck 5 to the Punchliner's Comedy Club, or to walk all the way forward to the Ovation Theater. I guess it was just a heavy traffic elevator bank.
