CruisinKAt70 Posted January 21, 2013 #1 Share Posted January 21, 2013 I have been looking online and it seems that at Freeport and Nassau there isn't much near the cruise pier. What has everyone else done? There are 7 of us, and cab fare sounds expensive for 7. We are planning on booking our excursions on our own, but most of those don't provide pick-up/drop off. This sounds like it will get expensive quickly. Help!!!!!

It runs from downtown to Cable Beach and Back again.. the #10 is the one to ride, and it's $1.25pp. It does NOT go to Paradise Island/Atlantis.. you can get their by water taxi ($4) or cab ($4). No need to rent a vehicle (doubt you'd find one that fits 7).. they are expensive and there is no parking.. anywhere..
CruisinKAt70 Posted January 22, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted January 22, 2013 Thanks. Will it take us to the Blue Lagoon pick up spot?
scubagirrl Posted January 22, 2013 #4 Share Posted January 22, 2013 Thanks. Will it take us to the Blue Lagoon pick up spot? No, there is no public transportation allowed on paradsie island.. you'll need a cab. ($4pp)

But I do have to say that is prob our most told story of the trip!! Take a ride on the wild side ;)
gizmo911 Posted January 23, 2013 #6 Share Posted January 23, 2013 I am looking to go to Atlantis. Previously mentioned that fare is only $4.00. I can not ride for long periods, can you tell me how long the ride is. Also, is this the going rate or will I need to ask price before taking the cap?
