Legend new deck plans....D1

Am I reading the new Legend deck plans correctly? Looks like there are a total of just 18 D-1 cabins on the entire ship? Seems like they are the aft balconies on decks 6 and 7.... I sure hope Rccl won't allow a TA to block them all....we are hoping to snag one for a Panama Canal cruise if the Legend does the same itinerary for 2015.....they already sold out all the D1's for the April 2014 crossing! I am guessing the 2015 dates won't be released until at least May....
