Anybody used Island Marketing for roatan excursion?

We were in Roatan last week on the Carnival Legend and used a company called At Your Service Roatan. She's also on facebook. Sue-Ann has a pink jeep when there's less than 4 passengers but took us on a private coach tour in a van because there were 4 of us. I would recommend the jeep as the roads are terrible and the potholes are easier to get around in the jeep. We also added international texting on our smart phones before the cruise so we were able to text her when we arrived and she met us at the pier exactly as we walked up. That was a very good thing because it was really raining hard last Thursday and it's a longer walk up a steep hill to the other tour companies. The island is a beautiful tropical paradise but the infrastructure is far behind. I think Carnival wants their passengers to go no farther than their own shopping pier but we're so glad that we ventured out with Sue-Ann. Very enjoyable tour.

We booked a spa day at Spa Baan Suerte through Island Marketing.

We docked late due to winds. When we got to the third-party excursions (outside the main gate, Carnival screws the third-party's), They were waiting with a hand-held sign that said "Island Marketing". We matched up with our driver (Lisa?) and she quickly and efficiently took us to the Spa. She discussed with the manager the best pick-up time, and left. She came back about 1 hour before the assigned pick-up time and patiently waited for us to be ready to leave. She took us back to the port passing by West Beach and West Bay, through Coxen Hole, and told us about the sights along the way. We were able to drive into the docking area to drop off. They basically reserved the spa services and took at 25% deposit via credit card. We paid the balance directly to the spa. We paid the driver ($15pp round trip) when we were dropped off.

It went just as planned and was organized and efficient. I'd do it again!
