POA Specialty Dining Recommendations?

I'll be on the Pride of America in 3 weeks, and would like to try one or two of the specialty dining restaurants. But I'm not sure which ones to choose!

 

Can anybody make recommendations about which are the best, and which resto's we can probably skip?

We ate at the Lazy J Steakhouse, East Meets West and Jefferson's Bistro. Of these three, the only one we wouldn't recommend is Jefferson's Bistro. We found the food to be subpar in comparison to the food served in the Bistro on other NCL ships. East Meets West (or the equivalent Asian restaurant on other NCL ships) continues to be our favorite.

We just left POA today. We ate twice at Bistro and really enjoyed it. Ask for Byron for your server. He is the best onboard. East Meets West was also delicious. Lazy J's was good, but I don't think was anything special. Avoid Little Italy at all costs. We really enjoyed the Italian restaurant on other NCL ships, but the food, service and management at this location was disappointing to say the least.

East / West is our favorite one, but have read many positive comments on the new Chef Table offered once a week on the POAm.
