Looking at 9th November Sailing from Venice calling at Split, Kusadasi (for Ephesus), Mykonos and Argostoli (for Kefalonia) Look forward to hearing from you Thanks in advance. toonye Posted February 2, 2013 #2 Share Posted February 2, 2013 Hi, Did this cruise end ofOcctober/beginning of November in 2010. While the weather was great in Athen and Mykonos, where I was able to swim in the sea, we've also had rainy day in Corfu and Katalolon. we even had a storm en route which was not pleasant at all: thunderstorm, wind and high waves, we were at the Windjammer dining when it happened and it was kind of scary. You had to maintain your plate from preventing it to "escape" your table!! But apart from that, it was ok. In Split, we had about 15 C, less than that in Venice but still manageable and no rain. Would I go again? Yes, if it was not my first time in the area and if I could not cruise earlier I think September is a much better time to cruise there, or even the beginning of october. After that, you would have to be lucky with the weather which you can't predict :) Toonye
