I was thinking of 7 or 10 because I want to be past where the majority of people plop down but want to be able to hear the music and such but not have villas directly next to me. Does that sound like a good area for what I am looking for?

Cabanas are really overrated and not necessary for at all for half moon cay. We regretted renting one and would never do it again. There are tons of places to hang out with chairs and shade or whatever.
