The zoo seems to be a nice place, there's also snorkeling but it doesn't sound like you're too fond of activities requiring so much physical work. I did horseback riding last year and it was quite relaxing and fun for my family of 4 and I. Also there's the city tour which is a 1 hour ride around the city, you can either do it in a private van, open air trolley or horse and buggy ride. If you're not afraid of horses and you are up to the challenge you can do the HorseBack riding :) You can email realwaytogo @ yahoo.com for information on tours, that is the email of one of the locals. Belize is always my favorite port of destination i did all my excursions through a private tour guide I usually set an appointment before i leave.
