Viking Emerald Deck Plans

We are looking at a cruise in June of 2014 on the Viking Emerald in China. In looking at the deck plans, categories E and F are advertised as having balconies. However it seems to me that they are on the lowest deck which shows only portholes. They are on the same deck as the restaurant and in looking at the picture of the restaurant it shows windows. Has anyone had any experience with these categories on this ship? Any info will be appreciated.

They have balconies, I sayed in room 222.

Wed we were in room 104 and we had a balcony, too.
