Unlimited Internet on Pride for $39?

I thought I read somewhere here that some ships offer a $39 unlimited internet for the week purchase? Going on the Pride and wondering if I should take laptop or not. If it is one price for unlimited I would consider it but not at the per minute price. Does anyone know?

there was a 39 weekly internet special. but it is not unlimited internet.

 

its'for email.

and some thing else.

250 minutes are $100 though

Just make sure the last few cruises still have the unlimited offer.

 

When we went on the Dream in December, they had the unlimited high speed offer for $79 for the whole week.

 

Two cruises after mine, a couple of posters came back saying that the Dream had stopped the unlimted internet and went back to charging by the minutes again.

 

Carnival is just poking around trying to find a price range and how much their ship wi-fi can handle.

$79 sounds right. If you're going to spend any significant internet time (and sending email counts as significant on a boat), you have to take it. Pride has alot of ocean time and the internet is slow enough in normal sea conditions.

We were on the pride February 3rd. They didn't have unlimited on our cruise. We paid 80 something for approximately 240 minutes.
