Wanted to find out the medical outcome of the cruiser that said he had bed bugs on the ship, my guess it was sea lice, but I would like to know, thinking bed bugs really freaks me out.

Just did a search. It appears the thread may have been pulled. We will probably never know the real answer to your question - but I suspect it was not bed bugs because don't they leave a welt - not white spots?
