kente Posted June 10, 2005 #1 Share Posted June 10, 2005 I received this email about the new Baltimore Cruise Terminal. Maryland's Port of Baltimore is very excited about the opening of our new dedicated cruise terminal for the beginning of the 2006 season. Plans have been moving forward and we should be breaking ground on the new facility shortly. This new facility will have easy access to I-95 as well as marquee visibility for ships while in port. The design also calls for the parking lot to be adjacent to the Passenger Building, there fore there will not be any shuttle service needed for our passengers. At this time, Royal Caribbean has begun selling their 2006 schedule out of Baltimore. They will be offering 9-night Caribbean Cruises and 5-night Bermuda Cruises from May through November 2006. We also expect to have a few Celebrity Cruises onboard the Constellation for the fall of 2006; however we do not have definitive dates at this time. Some of the other cruise lines have shown interest in the new terminal, however at this time we do not have any requests from any other lines. If you are interested in these cruises please contact your travel agent or Royal Caribbean for pricing information and availability, the Port of Baltimore cannot book your cruise for you. Again, thank you for your interest in Cruise Maryland at Baltimore. If you need more information, please do not hesitate to call me, 410-385-4836.
