Yardie tour in Falmouth + ship time vs local time

I have a couple questions - we just booked a Yardie zipline tour in Falmouth. I've seen lots of reviews for Ocho Rios but not in Falmouth - has anyone been on this tour lately? Also I'm a bit confused by timing that I've been given by the tour. The ship itinerary shows us arriving at 8am but the tour company says that's ship time not local time and that we actually dock at 7am. I want to be sure about this because we're expected to meet the tour at 8:15. Are this ship times always different than local times?

The Caribbean doesn't observe daylight saving time and is therefore always on Eastern Standard Time. If you sail during the winter there is no time change. During the summer, it is at the captain's discretion whether to keep ship's time in Eastern Daylight Time or to switch to Eastern Standard Time.
