Boarding boat from port excursions

Traveller Mal

Recommended Posts

In Ketchikan our departure time is 2.30pm with "Boarding" listed as 2pm. I have an Island Wings Tour of Misty Fjords from 12noon to 2pm. That is considered fine when I asked Island Wings for boarding.

I thought the boarding time is the time that everybody must be on board by no excpetions and the departure team in this case is 2.30pm no matter what.

Appreciate any assistance.

Thanks

Traveller Mal

If you have booked this tour independentily I would be careful. The ship will not wait if you have any problems and arrive late. If this is a tender port they will have a specific time the last tender will leave for the ship. Don't be late as if you are you are taking a huge chance on missing the ship.
