The Islander Posted May 3, 2004 #2 Share Posted May 3, 2004 If you are visiting Coral World they have a little cafe there. And Coki beach has a little food shack where you can get burgers, chicken, fries and eat on the beach or at a picnic table. --Islander For more information on the Virgin Islands visit http://www.VInow.com the best guide to St. Thomas, St. Croix, St. John and Water Island. sangoofy Posted May 5, 2004 #4 Share Posted May 5, 2004 Found this on the http://www.VInow.com website Coki Beach -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Located right next to Coral World, this little beach is popular among locals and tour groups. The waters at Coki Beach offer excellent snorkeling. It is also a great place to learn to scuba dive. Dive companies located near the beach provide gear and teach you the basics. There is a beach bar on the beach where you can enjoy delicious frozen drinks. lnm Posted May 10, 2004 #6 Share Posted May 10, 2004 Any other dive shops that teach a "Discover Diving" at Coki Beach other than Coki Dive Shop ...they'll be on vacation when we are there (June 2). Do you have to wear snorkling vests to snorkel? Are there any shops other than Coki Dive shop to rent them? <applet code="countdown.class" CODEBASE="http://*************/java-sys" width="203" height="25"> <param name="font" value="lcdb0"> <param name="year" value=2004> <param name="month" value=05> <param name="day" value=30> <param name="hour" value=06> </applet>
The Islander Posted May 11, 2004 #7 Share Posted May 11, 2004 I don't know of another dive operation at Coki Beach. You could try another dive operator; Chris Sawyer is good. Not sure where they do their dives.
