stacieps Posted March 11, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 11, 2013 Looking to book a 4-night in November. Have a $400 credit from cancellation of an ES booking. Do I understand correctly that I should book the new cruise, pay the deposit, and then request the credit from my old booking be applied? I can't find the answer now, but I have some vague recollection that I would not be able to use the credit as the deposit for the new booking. Anyone know for sure? If I am correct, I'd like to book now while they have reduced deposits since the cruise I'm looking at is a short one and not very expensive (could book an inside for less than the total of the reduced deposit plus my credit). arpie05 Posted March 11, 2013 #2 Share Posted March 11, 2013 If you remember who you booked your previous cruise with, call that TA/PVP and they can look up your credit. Then when you book they will transfer the balance to the new booking.
stacieps Posted March 11, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted March 11, 2013 it was as i thought - had to pay deposit for new booking then they will apply the old ES credit to the balance.
