Jewel upgrade/price drop

I just wanted to give a heads up to any possible Jewel cruisers. The April 27 sailing had a nice price drop. We originally had an inside for 459 per person. We just upgraded to a large outside ocean view for 20 per person. It was using the 55 or older discount. Be aware the original crown and anchor reservationist Elliot was not able to find this list price. I asked to speak to the resolution dept. and I was able to get their list price. It does pay to be persistent in a nice way. The new person apologized and stated it should not have happened and asked me if I would like some on board credit comped for my trouble and enjoy chops or portifino. I think that was very nice of her as I did not even ask.
