Does DVD Player play Blue-Ray

I am taking my first Oceania cruise in June and am wondering if the DVD players in the room play Blue-ray DVD's.

Yes, at least in PH1 the combo TV/Player play BluRay and also movies on flash drive

In the PH the player is integrated into the Samsung TV on left side. there you can also plug any USB stick to watch pics , movies , music.

I believe that all of the responses in this thread refer to the electronics on the Marina and/or Riviera.

Can't speak for the R class ships but in all the cabins on O class, the DVD player is integrated into the flat screen TV and plays standard and blue-ray DVDs. There is also an extensive library of discs available to check out.

Thanks everyone for your replies. It is nice to know I can bring the Blu-Ray discs. If only my wife's Mac was so willing to take Blu-Ray's.
