Early saver > sail from fl > past guest > upgrades + obc & w/e else

Ok I know a lot of people are bitching and complaining about not qualifying for the current sale (including myself).

Can someone CONSTRUCTIVELY do a little break down of which normally ends up being better? Is it just luck of the draw on what you book and what comes up on sale?

I sail from Florida and have found that to be good most of the time, but it seems this "past guest" deal is EVEN sweeter!! I fell for the "upgrade & obc of $250" When I sail from Florida and I am a past guest. All these "rules" are really confusing for a lot of people.

Input please!
