Doc Dance!... or not

I just got the email that our documents are ready for our Rhapsody cruise! I click on the link, nothing. Log into my cruises, try to see them that way, nothing. I've tried on three browsers on my work and home computer to no avail. It just waits and waits and eventually times out.

 

Oh well. At least that means the cruise is close :p?

I had the same thing happen to me when my cruise documents were issued about two weeks ago. A few days later I received an email with links that also did not work. But there was also a pdf attachment that I was able to download to finally see and print the documents.

Are you talking about the "View Document" button on the "Guest Vacation Documents" page? - I've found this only works with the Internet Explorer browser for me.
