Ritz Carlton Maui

Anyone ever stayed there? How did you like it?

Have not stayed in the rooms, but stayed at Kapalua Bay Villas (not KB Hotel) which is right next door and has priveleges at the Ritz. Hotel is beautiful, 3 large pools, spacious lawns. The stroll to the beach is about 1/4 mile (uphill on the way back) but you can have them take you in a golf cart. The Hotel Restaurants are excellent.

I am trying to use Amer. express points to stay there on the first night our cruise lands there.

Donna, I stayed there a few years ago and it has got to be one of my FAVORITE Ritz Carlton's around. That one and the one at St. Thomas are my favorite. If you can stay there, DO IT. It is worth it! There is nothing quite like a Ritz...IMO. I have stayed at other hotels on Maui..the Four Seasons and the Grand Wailea..which are both nice..but the Ritz is my favorite hotel on Maui. Wonderful service, first class rooms, plush robes, GORGEOUS hotel and pool area, great food.
