Which nights are elegant (dress-up) nights on the Dream (Eastern Caribbean). Feedback from recent cruisers welcomed. Trying to plan when to reserve specialty restaurant. Thanks much!:)

Formal nights are Sunday (Nassau) and Thursday (sea day). We did the steak house on the first night (Saturday) because you get a free bottle of wine if you go on the first night. I'd be happy to answer any other questions if you have them! :)
