MDR Menu Questions

I'm trying to figure out which nights to book our specialty dining. I see that the menus are on RC.com now and I am wondering if they are in order? Nights 3 and 4 don't look that interesting to me (shiitake and pimiento) so I thought those would be good nights to eat elsewhere. Also I am a little obsessed with the chilled soups and I am bummed out that I would be missing out on the pineapple mango and the strawberry. Would I be able to get some at Windjammer after our dinner or is there another place I might be able to request a cup? Thanks!

I didn't check every night last week, but I did see one night in the Windjammer the 3 soups were the same as what we had in the MDR. Enjoy!
