Why 2 Setsail Passes?

Recommended Posts

I'm printing my setsail pass for my Rhapsody cruise with my sister. Every other time we have sailed together, it has been on one setsail pass. Easy.

I am paying for her cruise and onboard expense account, so I don't understand why this time, it is giving each of us a separate setsail pass.

Has anybody experienced this?

It is due to the fact you did not check her name when you were approving your cruise ticket contract. Go back in and under her name in the ticket contract uncheck her name, save and continue, then go into your name and make sure you are both checked and you will have one set sail pass.
