I spoke with a Crown & Anchor rep who tried to remedy the problem but it does not seem to have done any good. When I reserved the entertainment shows and cashed in my Visa points for OBC, the website indicated I would be receiving a confirmation by email. I booked 19 people for 6 shows each so there were multiple opportunities for an email to come through. The entertainment does show up on my order history but I would feel more secure with corroborating emails, especially for the OBC. They do have the correct email address because they did send me multiple reminders about the final payment due date. Has anyone else had this experience?
