Saturday night fever for Children aged 7 & 8

We will be on the Liberty in July with our two grandchildren. Has anyone taken their young children to the show Saturday night fever and enjoyed it. I know how children can get board if they do not like shows but as my children love music I am hoping that there is enough music to hold their attention and not get restless and annoy other guests, as I believe that the show lasts for 90 minutes

I bet they'll love it.

You could always take them and sit on the end of a row so that if they do get bored you can leave without disturbing people.

It'd be a shame to not try and miss it

we were supposed to go to that show this past week at 9:30 on our last night .... my 8 yr old was WIPED OUT during dinner at 7:30 so we never made it

We packed A LOT into our 5 day cruise and wasn't heartbroken that I got to spend the last night watching NCAA hoops in the Connosuer Bar with a stogie and good company while the wife & kid got their rest

I would suggest planning on leaving them in AO during the show. They are not likely to understand the adult theme and, quite honestly, I found the whole production painful to sit through. Many people left early. My MIL and DH found it equally disappointing. I have heard quite a few folks on CC say they enjoyed the show but, unfortunately, that was not my experience. And I truly find it difficult to believe that any kids that age would enjoy it either.

This is what I would be afraid of. I saw it a few years ago in the theatre and there was a lot of long acting parts. Was just wondering if RCCL's production was the same
