Sea Coud Tall Ships cruises

If anyone has sailed on the Sea Cloud II recently, I'd like to ask you some questions. I am planning a Cruise in Jan, 2014. Is the ship in "ship-shape"? Do the beds push apart in most of the mid-range cabins (for travel partners not wanting to be intimate)?

Thanks,

I haven't, but I've sailed twice with Island Windjammers and sailing again in May. Tall ship cruising at its best. IWJ has the tall-ship Diamant that sails out of Grenada (12 passengers) and the tall-ship Sagitta sailing out of St. Maarten (24 passengers). Beautiful ships, very nice cabins with private baths and their own A/C controls. Very good food, excellent crews, sails up when on the move, really nice small ports and beautiful waters. Give em a looksee: Islandwindjammers.com.

Another tall-ship co. sailing out of Grenada is Windjammer Sailing Advenures (sailwindjammers.com) which has the tall-ship Mandalay (60 passengers) which formerly was owned by the late defunct Windjammer Barefoot Cruises. Again, sail power is key.

Of course, there's also the Star Clippers and Windstar cruise lines, with beautiful tall ships (passenger count ranges from 150-400), but they don't use sail power that often.

Lots of options out there! Sailing is the way to go!:p
