It is doubtful that anyone would be able to share that email address with you (primarily because it is against the rules here).

 

That being said, have you tried to contact the Pre-Cruise Concierge? Most likely they will be able to assist you with whatever it is you need.

 

The Pre-Cruise Concierge service is available to all suite guests, and they can be reached at 855-625-4283.

The current concierge on the Gem is Kadek Astawa. ;)

I just heard it was Kadek. He was my butler on the Gem for 12/31

He is a very nice and accommodating guy

No matter who is the concierge I am sure he or she would be better than Ryan

He was the absolute worst.

I know peeps calm down a lot love him so not hate

Hey, we were on the same sailing! Kadek was our butler in the GV. I'm so glad to see he got promoted!

 

I'm with you -- I just don't get what people see in Ryan. To give him credit, he did fix a problem we had one evening in a specialty restaurant, but he really didn't do much else. Didn't call to check on us, didn't stop by, couldn't get us reservations, etc.

 

I'm already certain Kadek will be getting more of a tip next week than Ryan did on the 12/31 sailing. ;)

Kadek was promoted the week after we left the Gem. Very happy for him. I am another one who does not get the Ryan thing. I will miss Florentina and I adore Adrian.
