Cayman Beaches

We saile din Febrary and took a stop at Sea grape. Absolutly beautiful. You will find that the places near the pier are looking almost untouched by a hurricane. Seems we overheard a few comments that it dont look so bad- how the media makes it out to be so much more...But once you get out of this area and into the back ways--_WOW. Trees were still on their sides...etc.

We went to Rum Point at the end of April and passed several beaches on our way there. The beaches are all in fine condition, there is still quite a bit of damage from Ivan on the interior of the island though. Specifically, you will go by areas where there are lots of trees still uprooted, destroyed houses etc if you head to the other side of the island. But the actual beaches, little restaurants near them, were all fine.
