Anyone know what time Freedom of the Seas docks in Cozumel local time?

We will be sailing on Freedom of the Seas next week to Cozumel. We dock at 10 ship time, is Cozumel 1 hr behind?? Trying to change dune buggy excursion time and no one on the ship or the tour can seem to tell us at this point what time locally we dock. :)

Cozumel is currently on Central Daylight savings time.
