Toulon, France-Cable car to base

Can anyone tell me how to catch the cable car from the dock to the Naval base?

I'm not sure i understand your question but will tell you the info i have.

There is a cable car in Toulon, but it is not close to the harbor or the naval base. The base and naval museum are not to far from the cruise terminal and you can easily walk there if your ship docks directly in Toulon.

The cable car, if you want to ride it, is at Mont Faron. It is about 20 min. away from the dock by bus.
