TV shows or movies?

Hi all,

Trying to get my family--little kids and adults--as excited about our cruise as I am! We cruise Carnival Pride on June 23!

 

Are there any TV shows or movies or "behind the scenes" specials I could check out? WE have netflix and amazon prime and your basic cable with DVR.

 

Any suggestions?

Check out The Travel Channel. They have a few behind the scenes, and cruising do's and don'ts type shows. I've watched them all ... many times.

Most of the movies/shows that I can think of are murder mysteries with Charlie Chan or Poirot or Miss Jane Marple. Probably not a good way to get them thinking about a cruise...

 

I notice that "Extreme Cruise Ship" is playing several times in the next week on the Destination America channel (I have Uverse). This is a really interesting inside look at Oasis. The same show has played on other channels over the past 18 months. I believe it is also available in its entirety online, perhaps at YouTube.

Look for Samantha Brown's Travel channel DVDs on cruising. Also the Love Boat series is available on DVD
