Monte Carlo cruise Terminal to Nice STATION

I know this has probably been covered a lot and I've searched for a specific answer here but most discuss Nice airport.

 

We disembark in late July in Monte Carlo and have booked the high speed train to Paris later that morning. I've found numerous limo and taxi companies with prices ranging from euros 65 to 105 that will take us to the station. Does anyone out there have any good advice or have any preferences.

 

Guidoon seem to be the cheapest but is there a reason why that their website doesn't point to and why would others be euros 45 higher ?? Haven't found Guidoon on the CC boards but have checked out others that are referenced. Most deal with airport transfers and on seeking a quote a lot simply don't have fares to the Station.

 

While I'm at it - any thoughts on Fiumcino Airport to Central Rome and Central Rome to Civitavecchia ??
